                                              MERRY CHRISTMAS 2009

Luke 2:11~For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
John 3:16~For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.

Merry Christmas Everyone! These 2 verses have such special meaning for me this Christmas and always!  I got to go to the Holy Land Easter of 1981 and saw where it is claimed Jesus was born and also where it is claimed He was crucified and i have never been the same. It was neat to see with my eyes what i had taken in faith for so many years.

I hope Y'all are doing great and had a nice year. That ole saying about life being like a roll of toilet paper.....that the closer we get to the end the faster it goes....sure seems true! ha  I thought '08 was a fast one but this one seems to have it beat! ha
I wanted to give an update about what i will be doing in 2010.  I will be back with James Garretts show,  A Tribute To John Denver at 10 am and also James Garrett's show called,  Strait Country at 5 pm. Both shows will once again be Monday through Saturday and will still be at the Little Opry Theater inside the IMAX Complex starting the first of March. This will be season number 4 for A Tribute to John Denver and season # 3 for the Strait Country Show.

I will also be back with the Max Bacon Family starting in the month of February at the Grand Country 76 Music Hall on Sundays. The Max Bacon Family will have their Sunday Gospel Jubilee at 2 pm and their Ozark Mountain Jubilee at 7 pm on Sundays only. Mike Patrick, Andy Holloway, Phil Coontz & Michael Arledge will be back with the group too.
The Bacons will start their 21st Season the 2nd Sunday in February.

I will also be with D.K. & Sherrie Brewster & Familys Gospel Praise Gathering one Friday night a month at the Ramada Inn Conference Center which is under the Apple Tree Mall. It is an all Gospel Music Program and is free to the public. Programs start at 7 pm and the fun and fellowship are great!  I have been blessed to be associated with the Brewsters for over 7 years now and looking forward to many more years!  They also have a publishing company called,  Yet To Come Publishing and i have songs with them.

We have had some songs released on Charles Bradys Radio Active AIrplay and we have enjoyed success with him. I wrote a song about Branson and it was released in conjuction with Branson celebrating our 50th Year of entertainment this year and the Branson song hit number 1 on the Disc Jockeys Classic Country download chart back in April of this year. My latest song is called, Squeaky The Christmas Mouse and is written by Betty & Mary Hickory in Springfield, Mo and is currently on the Christmas Chart. I am so thankful that the Lord gave us Charles Brady to help us artists get our music out to the public.

Before i close i want to mention too that Saturday, May 1st, The Plummer Family Country Music Show will have our 4th Annual Reunion Show at the Hamner/Barber Theater on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway here in Branson. It will be at 1 pm and i want to invite Y'all to come.

Well, i will get going but i want to wish You All a very Merry Christmas and a great 2010 filled with many of God's blessings!

Love, Randy
